Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations do come up where you will be unable to make your appointment. We kindly request that you give us as much notice when cancelling.
Without sufficient cancellation notice our staff are unable to fill that time and guests waiting for appointments miss out.

For all services (excluding PMU, Microneedling, IPL, and DMK), we require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice. Cancelling with less then 24 hours notice will result in a 50% payment of the reserved appointment being charged..

For PMU, Microneedling, IPL, and DMK, we require a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice.
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required when booking one of these services. If you are to cancel outside of the 48 hours, that deposit will be transferred to your new booking. Cancelling with less then 48 hours notice will result in a 50% payment of the reserved appointment being charged.
Cancelling with less then 6 hours notice, missed appointments, or "No Shows" are subject to the full payment amount
Refund Policy
We are happy to return/exchange an item for store credit if the item is unopened, unused, and under 14 days from purchase.

We will return items for 50% store credit if the item has been purchased within 30 days and is minimally used (less the 1/4)
